Shipping policy

1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate inventory counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Ribbons and Spice chooses to only charge our customers a flat rate shipping cost of $4.49 for each order. A purchase of more than $114.99 will provide the customer with free shipping.

3. Shipping Options:
Ribbons and Spice chooses to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping service. Ribbons and Spice reserves the right to change shipping companies at anytime and for any reason.

4. Processing:
Please allow up to 7 business days for Ribbons and Spice to process and ship your order. We take pride in the fact that most of our items are Made in Texas by Texans. Due to manufacturing times, inventory, large sales, and unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you if we believe the processing time will be greater than 7 days.
